Linux is a free operating system that can be used as an alternative to Microsoft Windows or Apple MacOS to control a computer.
Our mission is to give people a taste of Linux so they can compare it to other operating systems. We believe people deserve an operating system that doesn't constantly gather data about what your doing to sell to advertisers, doesn't cram 'AI' into all aspects of the operating system, isn't confused about whether it is a tablet operating system or computer operating system and doesn't force you to use certain hardware in order to use the operating system.
